HEALTH-CARE Cocoa Powder is a rich, finely milled powder made from premium cocoa beans, offering deep chocolate flavour and natural aroma. Ideal for bakeries, cafés, and food manufacturers, it blends smoothly into baked goods, beverages, desserts, and confectionery.
DIY Hot Chocolate Powder:
- Batch size: 1000g
- HEALTH-CARE Cocoa Powder: 200g
- Icing Sugar / Fine Sugar: 600g
- Milk Powder (Full Cream or Skim): 180g
- Cornstarch (for thickness): 15g
- Salt: 3g
- Vanilla Powder (optional): 2g
Method:
- Sift all dry ingredients separately.
- Blend thoroughly in a blender or food processor.
- Store in an airtight container.
Usage:
- Add 2–3 tablespoons (25–30g) to 200ml hot milk or hot water. Stir well.
