Returns Policy

We take great satisfaction in making our customers happy, and we promise to do our utmost to ensure you are thrilled with both your purchase and your customer experience. In order to that, we are here to make right any errors that may come about along the way.

Damages

Although damages in transit are rare, we understand that they can happen, especially since we ship such high volumes of delicate items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you have received an item that is damaged, has spilled or leaked. We will make prompt arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you.

Supply Errors

Every effort is made to ensure the swift and secure delivery of your ordered items, however mistakes can happen. If your order is missing any items at the time of delivery, or an item is incorrectly supplied, please inform us within 7 days so that we can offer swift support in resolving the issue. We will make immediate arrangement for the collection of any incorrectly supplied items and the correct delivery of items as per your order.

Change of Heart

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have a change of heart about a product purchased from us you are welcome to return the product within 30 days. Once we have inspected the product and verified the items for return back into stock, we will offer you a store credit to the full value of your order, excluding any shipping costs.

Delivery Delays

In the unfortunate event that unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, load shedding, hijacking, strikes, pandemics or unexpected product shortages delay the delivery time, your order will still arrive as soon as possible. While delivery delays are not grounds for cancellation or return, we will keep you constantly updated and do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Availability

The provision of goods on our site is subject to availability. In the rare event of item unavailability, we will contact you within 1 working day to offer support with options for store credit or substitution.
