Bulk Room Spray Base 1lt
Measure the Bulk room spray base mixture in a separate container, then add 2% to 3% fragrance or essential oil to the base (based on our fragrance and essential oils range). Try a sample mix first. It will go cloudy as you mix in the fragrance or essential oil as it infuses. It will clear and will be ready to use. Add more room spray base if your mixture stays milky.
