HEALTH-CARE Sodium Saccharin
Sodium Saccharin is a highly concentrated, non-nutritive artificial sweetener derived from saccharin. It appears as a white, crystalline powder that is highly soluble in water and provides sweetness approximately 300–500 times sweeter than sucrose (table sugar). Due to its intense sweetness, only very small amounts are required in formulations.
