Room Spray Base

Measure the Bulk Body Care room spray base mixture in a separate container, then add 2% to 3% fragrance or essential oil to the base (based on our fragrance and essential oils1 range). Try a sample mix first. It will go cloudy as you mix in the fragrance or essential oil as it infuses. It will clear and will be ready to use.
