Bulk Body Care Heel Balm Base – Bulk Body Care is excited to introduce the latest addition to our range of natural body care products – our Jojoba-enriched Heel Balm Base. This complex formulation has been proven to provide relief from dry, cracked skin on heels and feet. It contains 20% Urea, Lanolin as well as other skin nourishing ingredients, designed to deeply penetrate into the skin and help heal and protect it.
