Bulk Body Care Perfume Base Deluxe. Just add your fine fragrance to the Bulk Body Care perfume base, you can add 12% and more to the base.

Measure the Base mixture in a separate container, then add 12% fragrance or desired amount to the base (based and tested on our fragrance range). We always recommend trying a sample mix first. Your fragrance oil can be added to the base and mixed thoroughly using a hand blender. Ensure the fragrance oil is thoroughly mixed into the base.
